Problem:
The client needed 42 sites across 15 European countries surveyed, equipped, and migrated to SDWAN — requiring careful coordination of engineers, equipment, and schedules across multiple time zones and locations.
Action:
Forlence planned the project in 3 phases with the client. Phase 1 — engineers performed full site surveys at all locations, identifying requirements for equipment, cables, and infrastructure. Phase 2 — engineers visited each site on scheduled dates and completed the full installation process. Phase 3 — engineers completed the SDWAN migration at each site as per the agreed project plan.
Result:
