50 locations secured with people counting and security cameras were completed 15 days ahead of schedule
Forlence IT was assigned a security camera installation project across 50 different locations in Canada in November 2018, with a strict deadline to complete before Christmas. Despite the challenge of using only pre-approved certified engineers who had to travel to different cities, Forlence completed the entire project in 30 days, 15 days ahead of the estimated 45-day timeline.
Problem:
The client needed people counting cameras and security cameras installed across 50 different locations in Canada — all to be completed before Christmas with a strict requirement that only already approved and certified technicians could carry out the work. Each site required 1 people counting camera and 2 to 3 security cameras.
Action:
Forlence deployed 5 of its best certified technicians, each travelling to different cities across Canada to complete the camera installations. Every engineer followed the client’s exact scope and requirements at each site, ensuring consistent quality and compliance across all 50 locations.
Result:
The project was completed in just 30 days — 15 days ahead of the estimated 45-day timeline. All 50 locations were fully installed and operational before the client’s Christmas deadline, helping the client prepare every site in a timely manner.
