Problem:

Clients across USA, Hungary and multiple other countries needed professional AV installations — including cinema screens, conference room setups, and digital display screens — completed on tight SBD and NBD timelines with pre-approved certified engineers only.

Action:

Forlence assigned certified AV engineers to each site location. For the Hungary project, all required equipment including screen stands, consoles and adapters was sourced locally and delivered on-site before engineer arrival. For the USA cinema project, AV engineers were assigned on contract basis across multiple states, visiting sites upon client request. For the TV screen project, badged engineers were dispatched the next day to complete installations as per client scope.

Result:

All projects were completed successfully as per client requirements and timelines. The Hungary conference room setup, USA cinema installations and multi-country TV screen projects were all delivered to the client’s full satisfaction.
